To extend life of computer, it must be regularly serviced as we do for various machines and tools that we use such as automobile or any machinery in factory. Like your scheduled oil change or tune-up, your computer needs regular maintenance. The following steps about maintenance of personal computer can help extend life of your personal computer.
1. Check physical environment: You need to check whether your computer is placed in an environment with correct room temperature and sufficient ventilation. There must not be much humidity as that may spoil delicate parts. Good ventilation allows machine to cool faster, though your computer has an internal fan. Appropriate environment can go a long way in extending life of your computer. For the hot summer climates, your pc needs adequate air conditioning.
